The international EDUROAM initiative allows students to use Wi-Fi at other academic institutions by logging in just as they would on their own campus, both in Poland and abroad. Maps of the Polish and global EDUROAM networks are available at www.eduroam.pl and www.eduroam.org.
Wireless access is available at the WAT campus in the following locations:
- Main building (ground floor, 3rd floor, Aula "E" and the IT Department conference room)

EDUROAM ACCESS FOR GUESTS
If your institution is a member of the EDUROAM initiative and you have configured access to your eduroam home network, simply turn on your device and be in an area where the eduroam network is available. If your home network has a different ID, select the eduroam network from the list of available networks and configure 802.1x authentication for it in the same manner as at your institution.
Joining the eduroam network grants you internet access, but you won't be able to use local WAT resources.
DEDICATED CONFIGURATOR
To configure your eduroam connection, you can use dedicated installers available for various systems at cat.eduroam.org. Installers and configurators are available for all universities participating in the eduroam project. These installers and configurators are suitable for most mobile systems and allow for automatic configuration of the Wi-Fi connection. They also include all certificates required for transmission encryption, allowing you to seamlessly start using the eduroam network. Android device users must install a free app from the Google Play Store called "geteduroam," provided by SURF Cooperative, which automates the device's connection to the eduroam wireless network.
